Everyone’s an Athlete.®

FAQ

1. Why do we believe Everyone’s an Athlete?

An athlete can be defined in many ways. In our society, the term athlete is often referred to as an individual that competes in sport. However, at Health & Human Movement Inc. (HHM), we define an athlete as someone who competes in life to become trained and skilled in human movement and exercise. But, becoming an Athlete, starts with YOU! HHM is committed to promoting this message in our society, so everyone will believe they can become proficient in human movement and exercise, and improve their self-efficacy towards these types of skills. We are committed to positively influencing individuals to reach their health and human movement potential, so they can thrive and enjoy each moment in their lives. We believe you can and will make a difference that will positively change your life forever. We are here to help you become the athlete that you were meant to be!

2. What equipment is needed for HHM Programs? . . . It Depends.

Depending on the program a HHM athlete purchases, will indicate what type equipment is needed. Our programs utilize equipment that can be typically found in a local gym. However, modifications to exercise can be made, based on the equipment that is available. Also, we recommend resistance bands, a lacrosse ball (or similar), and foam roller. Lastly, some of our programs offer a complete bodyweight option, where no equipment is (typically) required. Please contact Dr.Cain@HHMovement.com, if you have any questions regarding equipment that is needed to complete your specific program.

3. I have a current injury/limitation and/or I have not worked out for a long-time (or ever), can I still participate in the programs?

It is strongly advised that all HHM athletes consult with their physician (medical provider) or physical therapist for guidance on medically related inquiries/limitations and/or approval to start a exercise (and nutrition) program. HHM athletes must be cleared for high-intensity type exercise (e.g. plyometrics, resistance training, HIIT - high intensity interval training, and similar types of exercise), prior to the beginning of any online HHM program. Additionally, HHM programs are evidence-based, and can be modified to meet individual needs and preferences (please email your Lead Trainer). If you have any questions, regarding the program variables, please reach out to Dr.Cain@HHMovement.com

Here, at HHM, your health and safety are our top priority. We ask that you consult with your medical provider, before starting any HHM program, and it is required for you to complete the assessment and waiver forms, if you plan to participate in any HHM program.

4. Can I pause or cancel my monthly subscription?

Unfortunately, there is no way to pause payments for the monthly subscription. HHM programs are subscription based, so you will only have access to each program as long as you remain an HHM athlete. You can cancel the program at any time (please at least 10 days in advance, prior to your next billing cycle; and send an cancellation email to Dr.Cain@HHMovement.com). However, please be sure to cancel before your next billing cycle, so you are not charged for that particular month. Additionally, as this is a subscription-based program, you will lose access to the platform entirely. Therefore, you will only have access for as long as you remain a HHM athlete. If you are a returning HHM athlete, please email Dr.Cain@HHMovement.com, for further assistance in your program.

5. Refund Policy?

If a monthly subscription program is purchased, all HHM athletes (or HHM companies) must cancel, prior to their next billing cycle (please at least 10 days in advance; and send an cancellation email to Dr.Cain@HHMovement.com). A strict no-refund policy is enforced (as per the checkout language, prior to completing the purchase and the agreed upon Terms of Services for online program services).

If other HHM programs (non-subscription) are purchased, a strict no-refund policy is enforced (as per the checkout language, prior to completing the purchase and the agreed upon Terms of Services for online program services).

For other merchandise (i.e. t-shirts and mini bands) being sold, we offer a 30 day return policy (from the purchase date), To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (must be in the original packaging). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
